The traditional Rotary die-cutter has the following problems:
1. Die cutting accuracy is not good.
2. Shaping is not good. Can not press convex and concave.
3. Corrugated strength is destroyed,
The above problems lead to a significant reduction in the quality of the cartons, waste raw materials and labors cost.
We have made some improvements for the drawbacks of the flat bed die cutter and Rotary die cutter,
The first is that the corrugation strength is destroyed. Before we use lead edge feeding and Kicker feeding. We now use the German Bosch Rexroth servo non-pressure feeding, which increases the corrugated strength by 30%.
The second is that the die cutting accuracy is not accurate. We  adopt computer control and secondary positioning, so that the precision of the product has reached or even exceeded the effect of flat bed die cutter machine. 80% of the product's accuracy is controlled within ±0.2 and all carton not exceed ±0.5mm.
The third is that Shaping is not good. We adopt knife module and creasing in separate way to ensure a good shaping effect.
The efficiency is 3 time of Flat bed die cutting process.
